This year’s annual food drive is shaping up to be one of the most important things the Rat Rock Nation has ever done.  More families than ever are experiencing the need for food assistance right here on the Jersey Shore… And that means the local food banks and food pantries are stretched to the limit…

No one plans for this need… but if we plan ahead, we can help fill the need this Holiday Season….

That’s why 95.9 The Rat presents our annual Broadcast for The People of New Jersey.  If you’re in a position to donate even just a small amount, please do!

We’re collecting non-perishable food, FROZEN TURKEYS for FulFill AND new warm socks, toothpaste, toothbrushes, washcloths, women’s winter pajamas (Large & XL), men’s cologne, gift cards (Dunkin’ Donuts, Target, Walmart, and McDonald’s) for Holiday Express.

Where:  The Saker Shoprite on Route 66 in Neptune

When:  November 20th from 6 am until 7 pm, November 21st  from 6 am until 7 pm

What:  Please donate non-perishable food, please no glass.
