SunSWEAT Park series are mat/plyometric classes held in Sunset Park, Asbury Park, NJ. Classes are 1 hour in length and focus on the whole body.

Classes are held:
Saturday/Sunday 9am
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6pm

Participants must bring their own:
Mat, Water, Towels, Mask
